Customer Service, Sales & Operation Specialist

Key Responsibilities 

Customer Service: 

  • Be the professional voice of TeKnowCAD, responding and addressing customer inquiries regarding products, services and pricing across multiple channels i.e. phone, email, chat promptly 
  • Assist with the sales process by providing information, preparing quotes and supporting team in closing deals 
  • Track and follow up on leads, ensuring timely communication to maintain relationships 
  • Maintain an understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers 

 

Operations: 

  • Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction 
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure product availability and timely delivered to customers ensure cutsomer satisfaction 
  • Assist with orders processing and ensuring customers’ orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently 

 

Sales Support 

  • Respond to inquiries from potential customers regarding products, service and pricing; helping them understand how we can meet their needs 
  • Assist with sales process by providing information, preparing quotes, supporting team in closing delas and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales cycle 
  • Track and follow up leads, ensuring timely communication to maintain relationship 

 

Marketing 

  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials, social media engagement and other advertising initiatives 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for increasing brand awareness and customer engagement 
  • Collect and provide customer feedback for continuous improvement in marketing campaigns and product offerings 
 

Ideal Profile

This role will be responsible for handling potential and existing customers inquiries, supporting and managing sales efforts and assisting in day-to-day operation tasks as well as contributing to marketing efforts to drive business growth. You will be the key point of contact for customer inquiries, responsible for pre-sale support and collaborate closely with the marketing team.  shall possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and demonstrate a customer-first mentality

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Real Estate and Software / SaaS industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills especially in English
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
